Paniara Balika Vidyalaya (H.S) is a well known Higher Secondary School situated in the village Paniara , Panchla , Howrah. It is the only Girls’ School in the area. The Motto of the Institution is to enlighten the girls of the area not only academically but also socially and culturally . As most of the students are first generation learner, our first and foremost effort is to make the guardians conscious about the utility of education of the girls in the present society. Though not sufficient but efficient teachers are there to help the students to overcome any sort of problem they might be facing to continue their studies. Teachers are liberal , cordial and sympathetic and the students feel free to open their minds to their teachers. Even the non-teaching staff are too sensitive to the students. Students are always encouraged to show their different skills and cultural programmes are held through out the year.

               As the Head of the Institution , my aim is to bring more and more girls in the periphery of the school Environment and to offer them “Education” in the true sense of the term to make them self-dependent future citizens of our country.
