Our RUDRAPUR SIKSHA SADAN is a glorious temple of learning not only in Rudrapur , Domjur circle but it is an outstanding institution and an object of pride and a reliable seat of learning for the children of this suburban area. Education brings consciousness and consciousness promotes development of the mind and spirit and that is what this institution has been ensuring effectively and successfully for years winning confidence of the guardians. Confined not within the curriculum and prescribed syllabus only, the well qualified, sincere, devoted and student-friendly teaching staff of this institution Train up the children here not only as good students but also as good citizens for future having all round development. Our students, side by side, academic brilliance, are establishing notable records in school sports, cultural fields, science seminars and exhibitions, drawing and recitation competitions under the enthusiastic guidance of their skilled Teachers. The performance of our students in the M.P and the H.S. exams is ever satisfactory adding to the reputation of the institution. Our students participated in the KANYASHREE programmers and secured first position in Domjur Block and jointly occupied second position in the district in 2019 adding new feather to our crown. Side by side the traditional formal education this institution provides vocational courses and training affiliated by W.B. Technical Education board. At present we offer training in three trades like Training for land surveyors, Training for Mobile Repairing and Training for Tailoring. These are all semester based months ' Certificate courses under six expert trainers .Besides, special care is taken for the specially disabled children and the poor and meritorious students by providing financial assistance and scholarships  as Accommodated by the government for continuation of their schooling smoothly.

This institution puts interest of the students above all and they enjoy an open minded environment rather than a suffocating stricture of discipline. We have created here a congenial atmosphere of student teacher relationship and a happy bond of students, teachers, guardians and M.C members enabling the institution to march forward to attain perfection and keep up its reputation and glory to contribute to the society with superiority and pride maintaining conformity with the government programmers and guidelines in terms and spirit.
