Salkumarhat Girls' Jr. High School is situated in the village of salkumarhat which belongs to the newly formed district of Alipurduar. From the District town its distance is near about 35 kms. It is a new setup school which begun its journey from 2012. The school is a bengali medium only for girls school.The school is under WBBSE.
