Born in the womb of a remote village in the newly Independent India in 1948, and passing through the  post-Independent tumultuous stage and overcoming various difficulties and crises  , ROHINI C.R.D. HIGH SCHOOL has now successfully achieved a distinguishing position not only in the area but also in the district.

The school   Started its unostentatious journey as an Upper Primary School  with the help and initiative of Honourable  Lakshmi Narayan Sarangi ,the then Zamindar of the area.

After that growing slowly and gradually with the demands of the time and getting help , support and contributions from both education- friendly persons and Government , it has become what it is now - an important center of education, enlightenment and empowerment. 

      Despite serving in an area where majority of population is  socially and economically backward , the school is ever playing  a vital role in spreading the light of education here and striving to meet the increasing expectations of both the Education system and the people.
