I joined to the post of Head of Institution on 18-7-2020 on the basis of the appointment letter issued by WBBSE based on the recommendation of WBCSSC after clearing 3 tier selection process. I am happy enough to have Co operative and dedicated colleagues who are prepare to take the challenges. The first ever project undertaken with the monetary support of colleagues and an alumni was to make provision for clean and safe drinking water and toilets for both girls and toys. A library for the students and common room for the girls were also opened. We have shortage of teaching and non teaching staff. We have only 12 permanent staff against 25 and 2 non teaching staff against 5. We do not have any laboratory. No kitchen shed and dining hall for MDM. An audoriuom is also very much required. We have been striving hard to make the process of Education meaningful in a joyful way inspire of many such restraints and shortcomings. We are hopeful to rise to the occasion for fulfilling the need of the students..
