Searsol F.P School. This school is very old in this locality. The primary and high school was built here on the initiative of Golak Pandit Mahasaya on the land donated by Searsol royal family Malia family. Alumni of this school were the late poet Kazi Nazrul Islam, freedom fighter and revolutionary Nibaran Chandra Ghatak and many other eminent personalities and revolutionaries.
