The managing committee has been running as Ad-hoc committee since 2011  to till date. The committee  is controlled by Hon'ble President Shri Nabyendu pradhan  and by honourable Secretary Shri  Rana Das. Other members are Tic , Panchayet nominee, TR, and GR.
