VECs are set up at the level of each gram sangsad. They are technically supported by Circle Resource Centres (CLRC). VEC consists of various categories of members. Elected gram panchayat member from the concerned gram sangsad is the chairperson of this committee. All parents are the member of the committee. And also have School Monitoring Committee.The Committee  members are-
