This school has a VEC (Village Education Committee) to operate and monitor the day by day administrative and educational activities of this school. 

The VEC  members are :

                       ►President : SK MINHAJUDDIN, Elected member of Gram Sansad

                       ►Secretary : SK MINTU MOLLA, Head Teacher of  the School.

                       ►Members : All guardians of school children, ICDS worker of the locality, Hasina Bibi, one representation  from SHG, Sri Jyotirmoy Biswas, Sikshabandhu of Chandpur CRC..

School has also a School Monitoring Committee to operate and monitor the financial activity of school consisting of the following members:-

                     ►President : SK MINHAJUDDIN , Elected member of Gram Sansad 

                     ► Secretary : SK MINTU MOLLA, Head Teacher of the School.

                     ►Members : One guardian each from every classes,

                                           One guardian from First Learner family.

                                            One guardian of Special Child.

Note : School Monitoring Committee informs VEC regarding financial matters twice in a year.
