This School has a Managing Committee to operate and monitor the day by day administrative and educational activities of the school.  This managing Committee is called VEC ( Village Education Committee) Named Ghosalati II/VI . The school has obey this committee verdict regarding administrative and educational activities through committee meeting resolution. The VEC committee has also operate and monitor the financial activities of the School as per the decision from the meeting resolution.

The Ghosalati II/VI VEC Committee consisting of the following members:-

President:- Elected member of Gram Sansad Ghosalati II/VI

Secretary:- Head teacher/T.I.C of the School

Members:- All guardians of the school Students, ICDS Leader under this Gram Sansad, One Representative of the SHG, Sikshabandhu of Bhowanipur -II G.P. and Field Junior Engineer of Hasnabad South Circle.

School has also a School Monitoring Committee to operate and monitor the the MDM. This monitoring Committee consisting the following members
