This school has a Managing Committee to operate and monitor the day by day administrative and educational activities of this school.The managing committee is called VEC ( Village Education Committee) consisting of the following members :

President : Elected Member of the Gram Sansad

Secretary : Head Teacher of the School

Members : All Guardians of school children,ICDS Worker of the locality,one representative from SHG,Sikshabandhu of Barunhat Rameswarpur GP.

School has also a monitoring committee to operate and monitor the financial activity of school consisting the following members :

President : Elected Member of the Gram Sansad

Secretary : Head Teacher of the School

Members : One guardian each from every classes , FJE of Hasnabad South Circle

Note : Monitoring committee informs VEC regarding financial matters twice in a year.
