This school has a Managing Committee to operate and monitor the day by day administrative educational activities of the school.The Managing Committee is called VEC (Village Education Committee) consisting of the following members:

President :  Elected member of Gram Sansad 

Secretary :  Head Teacher of School

Members :  All guardians of school children , ICDS worker of the locality, one representative from SHG , Sikshabandhu of Hingalganj Gram Panchayat.

School has also a School Monitoring Committee to operate and monitor the financial Activites of school consisting of the following members:

President : Elected member of Gram Sansad

Secretary : Head Teacher of school

Members: One guardian each from every classes , field Junior Engineer of Hingalganj Circle.

Note: Monitoring Committee informs VEC regarding financial matters twice in a year.
