Managing Committee
Most of all Primary schools are government-sponsored and managing committee formation is different with president being nominated. The government had enough control, however we give here the details of our managing committe.
Our school has a Managing Committee to operate and monitor the educatiional activities. The MC / VEC (Village Education Committee) consisting of the following members :
President : Nominated from Gram Sansad.
Secretary : Head Teacher from school
Members : All guardians of school children, ICDS worker of the locality, one representative from SHG, Sikshabandhu of Chaital 1 No. GP.
In our school has also a Financial Monitoring Committee to operate the financial activities. The committee has the following members:-
1) President, 2) Secretary 3) Members : One guardian of each from every classes, 4) One Nodal Teacher from school, 5) Field Junior Engineer of Minakhan Circle.
Note : Minitoring Committee informs VEC regarding financial matters twice in a year.
