Charghat Jr. Basic School has a Managing Commitee to operate and monitor the day by day administrative and educatioanl activities of this school. The Managing Commitee is called VEC (Village Education Committee) consisting of the following members:-

President : Elected member of Gram Sansad.

Secretary : Head Teacher of School.

Members : All guardians of school children, ICDs worker of the locality, one rep from SHG, Shikshabandhu of Charghat Gram Panchayet.

School has also a School Monitoring Committee to operate and monitor the financial activity of school consisting of the following members:-

President : Elected member of Gram Sansad.

Secretary : Head Teacher of School.

Members : One guardian each from every class, Field Junior Engineer of Swarupnagar Circle.

Note : Monitoring Committee informs VEC regarding financial matter twice in a year.
