This school has a Managing Committee to operate and monitor the day by day administrative and educatiional activities of this school. The managing committee is called VEC (Village Education Committee) named "BHABANIPUR-TEGHARIA V.E.C" consisting of the following members:-

President : Elected member of Gram Sansad (Senior most)

Secretary : Head Teacher / TIC of school

Members : All guardians of school children, ICDS workers of the locality, Group leaders of SHG, Sikshabandhu of KANIARA-II GP.

School has also a School Monitoring Committee (BHABANIPUR GSFP SCHOOL  Monitoring Committee ) to operate and monitor the financial activity of school consisting of the following members:-

President : Elected member of Gram Sansad (KANIARA- II/X )

Secretary : Head Teacher / TIC of school

Members : One guardian each from every classes, Field Junior Engineer of BAGDAH WEST circle

Note : Minitoring Committee informs VEC regarding financial matters twice in a year.
