This school has a Managing Committee to operate and monitor the day by day administrative and educational activities of this school.The Managing Committee is called VEC(Village Education Committee) consisting of the followed members:

 President: Elected Member of Gram Sansad

Secretary: Head Teacher of School

Members: All guardians of school children,ICDS worker of the locality,one rep from SHG ,Sikshabandhu of Dharmopur ii G.P. 

This school has also a Monitoring Committee to operate and monitor the financial activity of school consisting of the following members:

President: Elected Member of the Gram Sansad.

Secretary: Head Teacher of School.                             

Members: one guardian each from every classes,field Junior Engineer of Gaighata Circle.                                     

Note: Monitoring Committee informos VEC regarding financial matters twice in a year.
