The school has a managing committee to operate and monitor the day by day administrative and educational activities of this school. The managing committee is called VEC ( Village Education Committee) consisting as following members: 

President : Elected member of Gram Sansad. 

Secretary : Head teacher of school.

Members :  All guardians of school children, ICDS worker of the locality, one representative of SHG, Shikhabandhu of Duma gram panchayat.

School has also a managing committee to operate and monitor the financial activities of school consisting of the following members.

President : Elected member of Gram Sansad

Secretary : Head teacher of the school

Members : one guardian each from every classes, Field Junior Engineer of Gaighata East Circle.

Note: Monitoring committee inform VEC regarding financial matters twice in a year.
