The school has a Managing Committee to operate and monitor the day by day administrative and educational activities of the school. The managing committee is called WEC(Working Education Committee) consisting of the following members:-

Secretary : Sandhya Poddar, The Head Teacher of  Sahid Tapan Chowdhury School, 

Membes : All guardians of school children, cook of school.
