Managing  committee  :--This  school  has a managing  committee  to operate  and monitor   the day   by day administrative  and educational  activities  of this school.  The managing  committee  is called  V.E.C ( Village education  committee).      Consisting of following  members  ::            PRESIDENT  :-Elected  member  of gram sansad.                                                               SECRETARY  ::T.I.C OF SCHOOL,                    MEMBERS ::  All guardians  of school  children, ICDS Worker of the locality,   one member  from  SHG, SHIKSHABANDHU OF RAJHAT G.P.            School  has also a monitoring  committee  to operate  and monitor the  financial  activity  of school  .  Consisting  of the following  members   :::    PRESIDENT  :- Elected  member  of  gram sansad,                                                               SECRETARY  ::T.I.C OF SCHOOL,              MEMBERS  :::ONE GUARDIAN  EACH FROM EVERY  CLASSES,   FIELD  JUNIOR ENGINEER  OF POLBA DADPUR BLOCK.
