Of West Bengal ,School Education Department, Secondary Branch, Bikash Bhawan, Kolkata-91 vide memo no: 668/SE/S/10M-57/15 dated 17-07-2015 and subsequent order issued by the District Inspector of School (S.E.),  Howrah, vide  memo no  425/D  dated 22/07/2015.
