NOTICE NO. 10  

All the students of DUTTAPULIA UNION ACADEMY FOR GIRLS' (H.S)  are hereby notified that Rice & Potatoes will be distributed on the dates & time furnished below:

13/9/2020            SUNDAY               CLASS         V          TIME -11:00 a.m

14/9/2020            MONDAY              CLASS       VI            TIME -11:00a.m 

15/9/2020            TUESDAY             CLASS     VII             TIME -11:00a.m

16/9/2020           WEDNESDAY        CLASS     VIII            TIME -11:00a.m    

All the guardians are requested to bring the school I-CARD of the particular student.   

Everybody is requested to wear mask & maintain social distance. 

Every activity will be done at our school . 

If any girls from class V  to  VIII remained to get admission in her class ,the guardian of the particular student may come on 14/9/2020 at 11:00 a.m. & complete the process of admission of their ward.

NOTICE NO. 9:

All the students of Duttapulia Union Academy for Girls'(H.S) are hereby notofied that the ACTIVITY  TASK given by WBBSE  will be collected on 9/9/2020 ,Wednesday at 11:30 a.m.at our school.All the guardians of  the students of  classes V to X  are requested to submit the activity task positively on the above mentioned date .If anybody remain absent she will not get another chance.Guardians are requested to bring student's I-CARD with him/her.

Everybody is requested to wear mask & maintain social distance as for the outbreak of the pandemic COVID-19.

All the works are done at our school from now on.

Any interested student who wants to get admission in class XI / XII may come on that above mentioned day at 11:30 a.m. sharp.

Rice will be distributed from 23/8/2020 for the class V to VIII according to the programme schedule below: The time will be 11 a.m. onwards.

Guardians are requested to bring I CARD of respective students & a bag.

According to GOVT. order 2 kg rice,1 kg potato,1 piece of soap & 1 kg channa will be distributed among the students of V to VIII .

The time will be 11 p.m to 2 p.m.

The programme schedule is furnished below:

14/8/2020 -V

15/8/2020 -VI

16/8/2020 -VII 

17/8/2020 -VIII 

Those who remained absent earlier days of distribution may come and collect .

We will distribute sanitizer also.

No students will be allowed in the premises.

All the girls of our institution who are engaged with NCC & cleared the M.P 2020 are requested to go  to the NCC office very soon if they have scored 65% marks  because they will consider for Schlarship.

The admission form of class XI will be distributed on 21/7/2020.

Due to State Lockdown on 23/7/2020 M.P Result will be given on 26/7/2020 instead of 23/7/2020.

Due to State Lockdown on 29/7/2020 ,the admission procedure of class XII will be postponed for the day 29/7/2020. The new date will be published  soon.

The marksheets of H.S Exam 2020 will be distributed on 01/8/2020,02/8/2020 &3/8/2020 from 12 p.m. onwards. Every guardian is requested to bring the school I Card & H.S  Admit card of the student with them. No student will be allowed in the premises,All are requested to wear mask & maintain social distance.
