NEW DEVLOPMENT ROAD OF KUTHIRPARA PRIMARY SCHOOL 2020 ONWARDS.

Secton-1 - Leadership of students.

* To provide a happy, caring and secure learning feeling  safe,confident and the well being  of  each and every individual is a priority. 

* To nature children who show respect, consideration and responsibility for others and their environment at all times, both within the school  and the wider community.

*To open  minds through the delivery of a creative curriculum, encouraging independent, self motivated and active learners. 

*To encourage and inspire  all  students to achieve their true potential academically, socially and physically.

Section-2- Quality of education.

* To open minds through the delivery of creative mastery curriculum. 

*Monitor more closely the impact of support teachers on the progress. 

* Conduct a subject review.

Section-3- Behavior and attitudes.

* Continue to increase the resilience of our student by reducing the level of teacher direction. 

*Improve the attendance of a small minority of our students. 

* To continue to work with the students and parents on what constitutes bullying harassment.

Section-4 - Personal development.

* To ensure all students are given opportunities to discover new talents and interests. 

* To ensure all our students are well prepared for their next steps.

*To ensure our children's know what it means to be a good citizen.

Our appeal.

Our new road will be based on the constructive old road where we got many achievements to move forward for further development with many progressive educational thinking. In this process additional classrooms are also parrallely required for higher learning. We hope our basic needs also will fulfill as before.
