Sub:-About distribution of MDM items

It is hereby notified to all teaching and non teaching staff of Loupara High School that following the order of WB GOVT. The school has arranged to distribute the MDM items for the month of November-2020 among the guardian of the students from class v to viii. The packing of the MDM items will be done on 09/11/2020 Monday and the items will be distributed among the concerned guardians on 10/11/2020 Tuesday. So, all the teaching and non teaching staff are requested to present in the school on 09/11/2020 and 10/11/2020 at 9:30 a.m for the smooth completion of the distribution work.
