Observation of Netaji's 125th birthday

                   All the students are hereby requested that the 125th birth anniversary of Netaji Subhas Chandra Bose shall be observed in our schools in a befitting manner. However, on 23rd January this year the birthday shall be celebrated by all schools in usual manner in addition to the activities proposed below:

Proposed programme on 23 rd January, 2021 at the School level observing COVID protocol

I. Programme at the School premises :

Participants : Teaching and non-teaching staff of the school headed by HOI.

Attendance : 50% staff. No student will be called to attend school.

Items :

• Garlanding on the statue/ photograph of Netaji

• Inaugural song (patriotic/INA song)

, • speech by HOI, speech by other teacher/non-teaching staff,

• Recitations, other patriotic songs.

The programme may be recorded and posted in the school website.

2. Role of students :

• Students will participate in the event of blowing conches from their houses on the Day at 12.00th noon.

• The students may make video recording of individual performance and send to the school authority beforehand which may include the following :

• For Students of Class I to V :

Drawing on Netaji's life events, recitation on Netaji/patriotic theme

For students of Class VI to X :

Recitation on Netaji/patriotic theme, Singing Patriotic song/ song on Netaji, Dance with patriotic tunes

For students of Class XI and XII :

Recitation on Netaji/patriotic theme, Singing Patriotic song/ song on Netaji, Dance with patriotic tunes, Elocution/speech of 5 minutes duration on works and life of Netaji.

                              NOTICE

                              All the students of class IX of Bamuntore High School (H.S.) are informed that Registration form will be filled up from 16/10/2020 to 20/10/2020 at 11.00A.M. to 2.00 P.M. from our school premises .So they are recommended to come the above mentioned date and time . The students are also told to bring two copies of black and white photos and a black pen . 

COVID - 19 Guideline for STUDENTS

 A good set of steps include:

1. Use hand sanitizer .
2. Adjust their mask to be sure it is covering their mouth AND nose.
3. Wipe the area down with a disinfecting wipe. Teach them to wipe down anywhere they might touch or anywhere that they will put their belongings like paper or pen .                                                                                                                                      Thanking you .

                              All the guardians of Bamuntore High School (H.S.) are informed that as per govt. order memo no 188(72)/MDM Dated 29/09/2020 MDM materials for class V to VIII and one mask for class V to XII per students will be distributed and they are also requested to collect XI Registration Form and exercise book for class XI - XII from school premises on

Distribution of Registration form of class XI

Registration form of class XI will be given on 28/09/2020 ( Monday ) at 11.00  A.M. .

Distribution of Musk for class IX to XII

Musk for class IX to XII will be given on 28/09/2020 , 29/09/2020 and 30/09/2020  at 11.00 A.M . .

The admission process of class XI (Arts) is running now.

       NO T I F I C A T I O N

1. The schools having class XI & XII & affiliated to the West Bengal Council of Higher Secondary Education, are instructed to issue a notice regarding admission process to Class XI for Pass out candidates of Madhyamik Priksha (SE), 2020 by 20th July 2020 for their own students as well as for the students who wanted to be admitted from other institutions.

2. Selection of the candidates should be according to the merit.

3. Admission of their own students should start on and from 1st August 2020 and be completed by the 10th August, 2020.

4. Admission of the students coming from other institutions should start on and from 11th August, 2020 and be completed by the 31st August, 2020.

5. Students shall be discouraged to attend admission process and their guardians with proper identity documents may be encouraged to complete the process on their behalf, maintaining Covid-19 protocol strictly, like compulsory wearing of mask properly and maintenance of social distance etc.

6. The Seat of any stream in Class XI should not be fewer than previous year.

7. In case of any further clarifications, schools authorities may get in touch with concerned District Inspector of Schools (SE).

8. The school authorities must maintain COVID-19 norms/protocol and the guidelines issued by the government from time to time.

9. The District Magistrates/Superintendents of Police/Commissioners of Police are requested to extend all possible support to the District Inspectors of Schools (SE) and the school authorities, for smooth completion of the entire process.
