1. All the teachers, non-teaching staff, students of the school are hereby informed to attend the program of the celebration of Independence Day through google meet at 10-15 a.m. on 15th August 2020.
1st October 2020
NOTICE: 1) Distribution of MDM---All concerned are hereby informed that MDM and other materials e.g. Mask, Rice, Chola, Soap, potatoes, Activity tasks, WIFS Tablets, Exercise Books - will be distributed as per the Instruction of the competent authorities as to the following Schedule. V.--VI and CWSN on 5th October 2020 and classes VII-VIII on 6th October 2020 at 11-30 am daily. Guardians are being intimated through the Teachers at the time of online Teaching classes. Duty Lists of the staff have been conveyed individually. Please follow the notifications.
2) Filling up of Registration Forms -Class XI -2020----It is also notified that the Registration Forms of Class XI will be filled up on 7th October 2020 . at 11. a.m. The work will be performed as per Notification issued by the WBCHSE, Please see the Whatsapp messages individually. All the corresponding students and guardians have been informed and instructed on what they will do. In all cases, the guardians are requested to do the needful and obey the Govt. Orders. Relevant Notices have been served thru whats app messages. Please follow the notifications.
Notice to HS 2021 Candidates:24 December 2020. submission of Bank Details.
All the HS-2021 candidates are informed to submit Zero Balance Bank A/c details ( photocopy of Bank-Passbook, canceled cheque if available,Photocopy of HS council Registration Certificate, Name , class Roll No. Section etc and a letter to the HM.) to the School office within 2/3 days. This is very urgent.
Notice: 2/1/2021 - Outgoing students of class XII ( Candidates of H.S.Exam- 2021) are asked to submit Bank details as early as possible. The school office is open even on Sunday.
Notice: MDM , TEXTBOOKS, WIFS tablets, Diaries, Khata( Exercise Books) will be distributed to the Guardians of the Students of class V to VIII) as per the schedule given herewith. 5/1/2021- Class VI at 11.30 a,m. 6/1/2021- Class VII and VIII at 11.30. 7/1/2021- CWSN students. The Guardians are requested to submit Season Charges ( School Fees- Rs 240/- ) for the Season -2021 on 5th January- 2021 and 6th January-2021 at 12 noon.

Notice: 18th July 2021. The Papers related to the Results of M.P.Exam 2021 will be distributed on 20th July 2021 at 12 Noon from the school- offices.

In both cases, only the guardians are allowed to receive the Results etc after submitting the ID proof and proof of relationship with the candidate.(Student. Examinee) . Covid protocols must be obeyed.
Guardians of class XII ( New) are requested to submit Bank Deatils of the A/c of the student. The guardians of Claxx X( New) are also to submit the same.
Admission to Class XI will be started from 20th July 2021. All the students must submit their Students- Transfer- ID in Banglar Siksha Portal and Bank Details of their own A/c at the time of admission. Other details are available in the office.
All the staff of the school is reminded about their duties in WhatsApp messages separately or in the official group.
