 It is hereby notified to all the guardians of our students of Pandaveswar Free Primary schools that food materials ( 2kg Rice , 1kg Potato ,1 kg Grams ,1 Soap, 250 Grams Lentils, 200 Grams Soyabean, 500 Grams Sugar) for the 14th phase will be distributed to every student from our school end by order of school Education department ,Govt of west Bengal, vide Memo No. 206-ES(CMDMP)/GENL-07/2020 Dated 27-04-2021 as per following schedule :-  

                       10/05/2021 :            Class Pre Primary & Class I

                       11/05/2021 :            Class II & Class III

                       12/05/2021 :            Class IV

        08/01/2021 :            Class II & Class III

       09/01/2021 :            Class IV

NO STUDENTS are allowed to receive the food items

Only Guardians are allowed to receive the food items

Guardians should wear mask and maintain safe social distance at school premises

It is also noted that New Text Books for the academic year 2021 will be distributed along with MDM items as per schedule .

IT IS HEREBY NOTIFIED THAT MDM FOOD ITEMS ALONG WITH SOAP , MASK & IFA TABLETS WILL BE DISTRIBUTED FOR 7th PHASE  AS PER FOLLOWING SCHEDULE :

08/10/2020      :     CLASS II & CLASS III

09/10/2020      :     CLASS IV 

STUDENT ARE NOT ALLOWED TO COME INTO THE SCHOOL PREMISES TO RECEIVE THE FOOD ITEMS 

ONLY GUARDIANS ARE ALLOWED TO RECEIVE THE ITEMS .

GUARDIANS WILL HAVE TO WEAR MASK AND MAINTAIN SAFE SOCIAL DISTANCE AT SCHOOL PREMISES .
