Sishutirtha G.S.F.P School under Gobardanga Municipality was founded on 10th January in 1956.It is situated in the nearby locality of Gobardanga Govt Poultry.The student strength of this Primary school is 179at present.It is the only primary school at Gobardanga and it's adjecent areas where Hindu and Muslim student s are about in equal proportion in number.The students maintaining communal harmony have set up an example of fraternity.This school is gradually proceeding towards progress not only in teaching learning but in all respect s also by the guidence and sincerely untiring efforts of it's seven teachers.
