Surrounded by natural environment, Arbalia Balika Vidyalaya Primary was established on 24 January 1948 with the help of some educationists of the village, which is located near four shiva temples in Arbalia village, Ward 8, Baduria Municipality. The vast school grounds are surrounded by a wall, with a large field where children exercise and play everyday.

Everyday, the members of the Child cabinet take care of the health awareness of the classmates, cleanliness of the mid-day-meal, use of soap before the meal, care of the garden plants, etc. They enjoy reading fun stories, playing games and making different kinds of handicrafts like pottery, paper work, making different models with discarded plastic.

    It is a renowned school with 103 students, two teachers and three cook cum helper for MDM under Baduria circle of DPSC North 24 Parganas . The school is run by Education Department, Govt of WB. Everyday the students are provided standard MDM and Potable water.
