Bani Niketan High School is a Co-educational govt. sponsored high school. Our institution is a three stored building, consisting of eleven rooms. We have two separate wash rooms for boys and girls in the campus. There is no specific library room in our school. But we have set up an extra room as library room. Each day is scheduled for one class for library. We have a big separate ICT computer lab and learning aid, where our students attend regularly and learn modern computer knowledge. We have a large hall, where students participate in their group activities and cultural programme.we have a mini ground in the middle of the institution, where students participate in prayer and play a variety of indoor games. Every year Book Day is observed on 2nd January. Books and Copies are provided to the students of different classes. Every year Saraswati Puja is organized in our School Campus with great enthusiasm from bringing the Saraswati idol to marketing necessary items -- all works successfully done by the students are supervised by the teaching and non-teaching staffs of our institution. After the puja is over, we arrange GRAND FEAST, On a particular day and the students enjoy it very much. Every year National festivals like 23rd January (Netaji Birthday), 26th January (Republic Day).15th August (Independence Day) etc. are observed in our school. Every year we organize annual cultural programme in our school and the students participate in it with recitations, songs, dramas, dances etc. We observe birth/death anniversaries of great personalities like Vivekananda Birthday (12th January), Rabindra jayanti (8th May), 22nd shravan, Teacher's Day (5th September), Vidya Sagar Jayanti (26th September), Gandhi Birthday (2nd October) Children's Day (14th November) etc. in our school campus every year.
