 Most parents/guardians of our students suffer from abject poverty, dismal backwardness, ignorance and illiteracy – this increases the role & responsibility of our teachers manifold. “A teacher has not only to instruct but also to inspire the students; he/she has to influence the life & character of his/her students, and equip them with ideas and values which will fit them to enter the stream of national life as worthy citizens. The teacher has to do all these during the years when the students are under his/her influence in the school.” Teachers are the backbone of our society. A coterie of passionate, dedicated, sincere, energetic, resourceful, affectionate, empathetic and responsible teachers can do wonders to make all the desired developments in the life of students. We do believe that the Staff Room of Alal High School is full with persons of such noble qualities.
