All the teaching staffs of Chandibari F.P School are truly efficient and dedicated to the utmost welfare and overall growth of all the students. They hold a great bonding with students and always endeavour to take their physical- mental- emotional and social development to the zenith. They are always willing to listen to a student's problem and assist the child to overcome it and achieve his level best. They are compassionate to every single student and very much careful to create a learning friendly atmosphere in the classroom that all the student can enjoy learning process and gather essential knowledge playfully. They apply effective child- centred teaching methods and various TLMs in the classroom to enhance the cognitive skill of the students and also conduct remedial teaching if necessary.
