1. SHYAMAL KRISHNA SARKAR-  He is the Head of the institution and true guidance, always takes initiatives and leads from the front. Besides his expertise in official works , he is sincere and careful enough to attend the needs of all living beings in schoolincluding students,staffs, birds, fishesand plants. The visionary , open-minded leader empowers the staffs and relies on team work. The smooth successful running of the school is mostly due to his resilience, constractivism and creativity.

2. SUJIT BHOWMIK - The young man of sixty passes on intrinsic quality of leadership and escalating any situation. He spreads positivity and impels the students to think beyond the content. He happily bbears the banking and marketing duties of the school.his friendliness and approachability attracts everybody aspecially the students.

3. NAMITA MONDAL - She is a caring teacher who always keeps herself prepared. She humanises the child and gives them time to learn. She devices various strategies to get the studies prepared. Her superior listening skill , deep knowledge and proper guidance uplifts the learners morally and academically.

4. DEBASIS CHANDRA DEY- Being an Ex-Headmaster , he is an expert in official paperworks and worls as a helping hand of the Headmaster. He plays a pivot role in keeping the school premises tidy. He remains impartial to all students and encourages their smallest achievements. Students feel free with him because of his empathy with them.

5. ASUTOSH SARDAR - This multi talented genius encouragges and motivatesthe students by exposing his mastery of sportsmanship and singing. By his deep love of kics he makes them love to go to school. He inspires the students to do their bedt. Students find  real world impact in his teaching.
