From the beginning of school the teaching staff is very poor of Marshal Jr. High school. Now in the year 2020 there is one permanent teacher who makes his role as a TIC name Hirock Banerjee . Beside this there are three Guest Teachers Somnath Mondal, Shyamsundor Das and Sunil Kumar Samanta .
