RULES OF THE SCHOOL

1. School hour starts at 8:40 a.m. with school assembly and close at 3:20 p.m. Office hours shall be 9:00 a.m. to 12:00 noon and 1:00 p.m. to 3:00 p.m. No school business will be translated during holidays and outside school hours.

2. Not act of indiscipline, insubordination, interference in the administration, disrespect to any teacher and staff, disrespect to any religion or community by any student shall be tolerated and the delingnent may even be expelled from the school.

3. Any damage done to the school property must be paid for by the students concerned.

4. Smoking, chewing of beetle nut, tobacco, alcholic drinks, using mobile phones in the school are strictly forbidden. Anyone found indulging in them is liable to be punished with expulsion from the school.

5. Students are responsible at all time for the safe custody of their books and belongings.

6. The school is not respnsible for any students before and after school hours.

7. Students may not leave the school premises during the school hours without a written permission from the authorities of the school.

8. Students should be present regularly in the school. Prior leave must be obtained from the authorities for long absence on health ground, religious ceremonies and special occasions. The absent student must produce leave letter duly signed by their parents. Doctors prescription is to be produce in case of long absent in health ground.

9. Students must rejoin class after the holidays on the reopening day itself and must present in the calss the last day before any holidays, and on celebration days of the school in different occasions. Any breach of this rule without prior written application will be considered an offence and punisihable.

10. There shall be three examinations during the course of the year. After 1st and 2nd Terminal examination, each of 60 marks a summative examination will be held on 80 marks covering all the lessons taught in each subject from the beginning of the session. Progress card will be given to the Parents after each terminal examination. Final evaluation will be done on the basis of the average marks obtained in each subject in the three examinations.

11. To secure promotion one must obtain pass marks of 30% in each subject.

12. A students who fail to appear in any examination, his/her parent should contact the Headmaster physically to the office immediately. In case of genuine illness or death in the family he/she should produce the medical prescription or condition in time.

13. Any one using unfair means in examination if discovered subsequently will be debarred from examination and he/ she declared to have failed.

14. For class X after passing the pre-sentup test he/she will be given chance to appear in sent-up examination.

15. Failed students are not allowed to repeat third year in the same school.

16. Inside School premises school will carefully look after each and every students, but parents/ guardians are requested not to demand any financial help to the school if any students is physically injured.
