Rules & Regulations

The school believes in producing disciplined and responsible citizens with a strong love for nation and devotion towards service which can only be achieved by an active co-operation between the parents, students and the staff. We therefore humbly request the parents/guardians to follow the below mentioned parameters:

  • The students should reach the school before the assembly commences (before 9:15 am)

  • Students are not allowed to leave the school premises during the lunch break. 

  • It is mandatory for all students to be present for the assembly in full and proper uniform:

  • Monday to Thursday : School uniform     Friday: School Track-suit

  • Mobile devices and other electronic devices are strictly prohibited. If any student is found violating this rule, strict disciplinary action will be taken.

  • Use of tobacco, intoxicating products, gutka, etc are strictly prohibited inside the school premises under section 24 of the cigarette and other tobacco products Act. 2003.

  • Keeping in mind the rules and regulation of the West Bengal Council of Higher Secondary Education it is mandatory for every student to maintain a minimum attendance of 75%. Failure to maintain this percentage the student will not be liable to sit for the examination.

  • Project and practical workbook should be submitted as per the instructions of the school authorities. Failure to comply will not be the responsibility of the school authorities.

  • Proper haircut for boys and properly tied hair for the girls is mandatory. Dyeing and highlighting of hair and use of nail polish,  lip-stick, ear-ring for boys, bracelets, bangles, rings, etc is prohibited.

  • As per the parameter set by the WBCHSE & WBBSE if a student gets married during his/her tenure in this institution they will be expelled immediately.

  • Creating nuisance in the classroom, damaging school property, misbehaving, bunking, tainting the name of the school may lead to suspension or expulsion of the student from this institution along with fine.

  • Any untoward activity outside the school premises will not be the responsibility of the school.

  • No leave will be allowed to the students during school hour.

  • If a student is absent for more than two days proper leave application signed by the parents/guardian should be produced.

  • For cases of injury caused during games time, lunch break, short break, the school will not be responsible.

  • The parents/guardian should come to school if they are called by the school authority.

  • Apart from the study materials provided by the government all necessary stationary items should be provided by the parents.

  • The students should participate actively in all the activities undertaken by the school.

  • All correspondence regarding school matters should be addressed to the head of the institution. Appointment with the Head of the Institution should be made during office hours.
