Rules & Regulations

Rules & Regulations are very important in school for students of all ages to maintain descipline in order to get a better education.School rules are to make each student aware of the value of self control,orderlines,and the need to cultivate a sense of responsibility for their own conduct and for the larger community of which they are a part.

ATTENDENCE :

                          @ # Attendence in school is compulsory. A minimum attendence of 75% is required for promotion.

                          @# Students affected by infectious diseases will not be permitted to attain the school till recovery.

MORNING ASSEMBLY:

                           @# All students are expected to be in the school by 10:40 and they must stand at attention on the school ground for morning assembly.

                           @# All students must sing the national ANTHEM with pride and respect.

                           @# A respectful silence and orderlines must be maintained during Assembly and students are to listen carefully the impoprtant announcement                                        given by respected HM or teachers of our school.

SCHOOL DISCIPLINE AND CODE OF CONDUCT FOR STUDENTS :

                           @# Students must have respect for school property and school belongings.

                           @# Every students come in the school with clean school uniform .

                           @# Students must speak in decent language all the time .

                           @# Stylish haircut of the students  not allowed in the school.

                           @# Students are expected to bring the books according to the time-table.

                           @# Any kind of wrist band of the students not allowed in the school.

                           @# All students are expected to be well mannered,pleasant,courteous and co-operative.

                           @# The school is a fully smoke free zone.

                           @# Consumption and selling of tobaco produce inside and within 100 metres of school compound is punishable under COTPA Act.

                           @# Alcohol,others drugs and solvents are not allowed in school or at any other officials school functions.

                           @# Guardians mobile no. should be furnished at the time of admissioN.During any short of misconduct by the students with the teachers or other                                    students or in case of any unhappenings , concerned Guardians will be called to the school over phone without any delay.    

                            @# Cell phones and other electronic devices are not to be used in school unless specifically directed to do so by a teacher.

                            @# Without proper permission students are prohibited to enter the HM's room / AHM's room / TEACHER's common room.

LIBRARY RULES :

                            @# All students of the school are members of the library.

                            @# Strict discipline and silence should be observed in the library.

                            @# Library books should be taken care of and return on the due date.

                             @# Marking,underlining,writing or damaging of the books are strictly prohibited.

                            @# Loss of book to be replaced with same book or current cost of books to be paid.

LEAVE OF ABSENCE :

                             @# A Student must be not remain absent without prior permission of HM.

                             @# A leave application is to be submitted for the same.And application should be duly signed by the parents or Guardians

DAMAGE :

                             @# damage of any kind must be reported to HM.In case of willful damage or negligence students are expected to contribute part or all of the                                           cost of repair.

PROHIBITED ITEMS :

                                   All students are strictly not allowed to bring the following things :

                                  1.MOBILES 2. CD 3. DVD 4. PENDRIVE 5. CAMERAS 6. MUSIC PLAYERS 7. TOYS 8. TOBACO PRODUCTS 9. ALCOHOLIC DRINKS                                         10.BANNED FOOD ITEMS 11. MATCHES etc.
