School Rules & Regulations

• All the Pupils must attend school regularly and punctually.
• Every Teacher and Student of St.Capitanio Girls’ Higher Secondary School is to reach the premises ten minutes before the schedules and must attend the Morning Prayer, assembly and participate with piety in the prayer.
• Pupils are not allowed to leave the school premises during school hours without permission. Half day leave is not to be encouraged.
• Parents must submit an application if a student comes continuously late for the school.
• When the pupil returns to school after the absence of even a single day or half a day, parents must state the reason in the school diary.
• The school infrastructure should be taken care. Writings on the wall, desks and benches are prohibited.
• Exchange of money, valuable things and use of mobile is forbidden in the classroom and school premises.
• Students are expected to bring their work education material only as per their class routine.
• A minimum of 80% attendance for each term is compulsory. Consideration will be made if the medical reason is justified.

SCHOOL POLICIES

• Self Discipline is important.
• The school begins at 8:50am. All students are expected to reach the school before the bell rings.
• Pupils should maintain hygiene and cleanliness within the school campus and in the bus.
• Pupils should behave politely.
• The medium of instruction and communication is Hindi and English in the school campus.
• Under no pretext can a pupil miss any teaching, games/activity period unless prior permission is taken. The School Headmistress should be approached for any enquiries.
