Rules & Regulations

Students must abide by the following rules and regulations of the School:

  1. §  Students are expected to be punctual and regular in attendance.
  2. §  Students must attend all their classes and must not leave the school campus before all their classes are over without the permission of the Headmaster.
  3. §  The students should make it a habit to see the Notice Board on arriving at and while leaving school. No excuse will be considered if the notices hung on the board are ignored.
  4. §  Absence of students from school for more than three days must be explained in writing to the Headmaster by the parents concerned.
  5. §  The names of the students who remain absent from the school for more than a month without taking prior permission would be marked in the register.
  6. §  Students must attend at least 75% of the school days in order to be eligible for appearing in the school final examinations.
  7. §  Attendance at the school examinations is compulsory for all students. Sending up of students for Board/Council examinations is determined on the basis of marks secured in the Test examinations. A medical certificate is no substitute for examination marks.
  8. §  Students must participate in and organize sports and games, cultural activities, competitions, and bring out their magazine under the guidance of their teacher.
  9. §  Students must attend and take part in extra-curricular activities as arranged by the school from time to time.
  10. §  Attendance at all functions of the school whether on working days or on holidays is compulsory and absence from the same without a valid reason will be marked.
  11. §  Damage to any school property must be made good in cash or by replacement by the student concerned.
  12. §  Gross misconduct or breach of school discipline, copying from other students during examinations, impersonation during roll calls will be severely dealt with. A student will not be promoted or sent up if he/she is found using unfair means in the examination hall.
  13. §  Students must wear their school dresses during school time.
  14. §  Cell phones/mobiles are not to be used by students inside the school premises.
