Rules & Regulations

School Teaching Hours:

  • Every student shall have to  present at 10.30 a.m. 
  • National Anthem will start at 10.40 a.m. and students have to stand in the queue for prayer at 10.35 a.m
  • The main gate of the school will close at 10.40 a.m. and the bell will rang for the teaching hours at 10.50 a.m.
  • No student can go outside the class room except recess time (tiffin).
  • It is mandatory for each students to participate in the Prayer and after Prayer every pupil enter in their respective class room in a queue.
  • Each and every student have to come school in a school uniform along with badge otherwise it will be treated as punishable offence. Even in the non-teaching days also they have to come school in school uniform.
  • Students have to maintain silence and decipline during the exchance of class rooms of teacher and not more than 2 male and 2 female students can leave the class room permitted by the class monitor.
  • If any student absent from the school then the guardian will sign in the specific page of the school diary mentionninng the cause and it will be recommended by the class teacher or head master.
  • if any student absent from the school for more than 7 days then the concern student have to submit the Regd. doctor's certificate mentioninng the cause of absence and in case of any infectious disease doctors's clearance certificate would have to submit.
  • For any family related celebration students leave will be sanctioned by the head master on the basis of prior application submitted by the guardian and not only that if any student absent from the school for long period then the guardian have to submit the application to sanction the leave and if any student absent from the school for more than 3 months without  the recommendation of the school authority then his/her name may be cut from the school register.
  • If any student comes in the school in late then the guardian have to mention it in the school diary.
  • If any student fails to maintain the 70% attendance in all teaching days throughout a year then he/she may not be allowed to sit for the final examination.
  • Leaving of School during school time, will be treated as a punishable offence.
  • During school time if any guardian wants to take student with him/her then the guardian have to make an application in school diary and on the basis on his/her application the head master may sanctioned the respective student to leave the school.
  • Every student have to maintain the right behavioral pattern towards his/her classmate,teaching and non teaching staff and if any incident happened by any student and that hamper the school reputation may be rusticate the student from the institution.
  • It is mandatory for students to participate in sports/cultural /any competitive programme and if any student is selected for the said progrramme then he/she is compelled to participate for the same.
  • It is mandatory for every student to complete their home work and other syllabus based specific studies on dialy basis.
  • If any student or his/her guardian repetedely evade the direction of the teacher the respective student may rusticate from the school.
  • If any pupil face any problem related to their studies or any subject then he/she may inform to their respective class teacher.
  • Without any special order no student can wear luxury dress or ornaments and donot come in the school with any valuable articles. only wrist watch can be use during examination days.
  • students who were issued library books have to deposit to the librarian before the starting of the Final Examinnation.
  • If any student adopt any unfaire means during examination then the school authority may take any diciplinary action against the accused student.
  • No student can enter in the school premises along with mobile phone,ipod,walkman or any other electronic gadgets.
  • No student will exchange any type of greating cards among themselves in school campus.
  • Male students have to trimmed their hair and no students keep long nails.
  • It is mandatory for each student to keep the school diary during school hours.
  • In case of loss of diary it can be retrive from the school office deposing Rs. 15/-
  • During tiffin time no student can go outside of the school campus.
  • Every student have to enter in the school premises in 20 minutes earlier during examination .
  • No students can enter in the school premises along with school bag and book durinng examination.
  • Each student have to present in every examination and only pitchboard without any written on it can be allowed.
  • No re-examination of any student can be taken on medical ground.
  • Any complain related to examinatin can be given in written to the head master.
  • Students have to come with their own utensil for Mid-Day Meal and no student can loiter the school campus during Mid-Day Meal
  • Guardian can meet with headmaster in all working days (except saturday) from 12.00 to 1.00 p.m. and 3.00 to 4.00 p.m.
  • To take any certificate any erstwhile or running student have to contact with school office on Monday, Wednesday, Friday (Except holiday) from 3.00 p.m. to 4.00 p.m.
  • Character Certificate  and Transfer Certificate will be issue on the basis of 7days prior application.
