General Rules for Students

The Madrasah prides itself for its high standards of discipline and code of conduct. All students are expected to conform to its code for personal hygiene, turnout, punctuality, conduct, discipline, obedience, sense of responsibility, attitude towards academics etc.

In enforcing these norms and discipline, the Madrasah looks forward to full co-operation and support from the parents/guardians to ensure a healthy and all round growth of their wards, taking full advantage of opportunities and facilities here; and to enable the Madrasah, its system and programmes to run efficiently.

1. ALL CONCERN WILL OBEY THE RULES AND REGULATIONS AS ENVISAGED IN RTE ACT.

2..All the students should strictly maintain discipline of the Madrasah.

3. The students should be regular and punctual. They should reach Madrasah at least 5 minutes before the assembly bell.

4. Student’s diary and books according to the time table must be brought to Madrasah every day.

5. Children should come in proper Madrasah uniform and must wear their identity card.

6. Students are not supposed to sing movie songs in the Madrasah or class activity.

7. Mobile phones and other electronic gadgets are not allowed in the school.

8. Students are always encouraged to take Mid-Day-Meal (PM POSHAN) and it is desirable that they will take Mid-Day-Meal daily.

9. In Madrasah hour if any student be unfit or feel uneasy he/she should inform teacher immediately.

10. Wearing of jewellery, valuable articles and cosmetics is not permitted.

11. The cycles should be kept in a proper way in the cycle stand only.

12. Students must pay attention to personal hygiene.

13. Use of abusive language, quarrelsome behaviour, shouting and whistling is not allowed.

14. The students shall be neatly and tidily dressed in the prescribed uniform.

15. Students shall sit quietly in the class till the teacher arrives. They will observe perfect silence when the class is in progress. They shall not make noise in the corridors or loiter around.

16. Students are expected to be courteous, polite, well mannered, honest, truthful, respectful and obedient toward the teachers, all elders and visitors.

17. If any student finds any article belonging to someone else, he/she shall deposit it in the office instantly.

18. Students shall carry out all the instructions and orders given by the teachers, Headmaster and Madrasah authority.

19. Students shall participate in all Madrasah activities in order to avail of all opportunities of personality development offered by the Madrasah.

20. Students shall be expected to be friendly with fellow students in the class and maintain harmonious relationship with them. Students shall maintain a cultural unity among diversity, both within and outside the Madrasah premises.

21. Students are strictly not allowed to come in casual dresses on parent teacher meeting or any other day. Except only on occasions when they are asked to come. They must come in uniform.

22. The attendance on 26th January and 15th August is compulsory.

23. Any damage to the Madrasah property is liable to compensation.

24. The students have to obey other “Rules and Guidelines” from Government’s Education Department.

25. The good reputation of the Madrasah can be maintained by the good behaviour and humbleness of the students. So, the students should maintain such an atmosphere in the school that would help their all round development.

Guidelines for the Parents

  1. Parents must see that their ward reads the text thoroughly.
  2. Parents must see the diary of the child regularly and pay attention to remarks, if any.
  3. If there is any suggestion about your ward, you are advised to see the Headmaster.
  4. They should attend each Guardian Meeting.
  5. Parents must attend the Parent-Teacher meets. Their suggestions for the ward and the Madrasah are welcome. They are advised to write down their suggestions and put them in the Suggestion Box’. The key of which would be with the management in order to protect secrecy and confidence in this context.
  6. Parents must send their child regularly and punctually five minutes before the Madrasah time.
  7. Parents must send the child in proper Madrasah uniform.
  8. Parents must send a leave note if the child is not attending the Madrasah.
  9. If any student feel any problem in Madrasah guardians should inform it the concerned Class teacher or the Headmaster immediately.
  10. Parents must also take active part in the co-curricular activities of the Madrasah related to their ward.
  11. Parents must check the academic reports of their ward regularly in order to ensure better performance.
  12. Parents are requested to visit the Madrasah in case the Madrasah requests you to come.
