Under the Right of Children to Free and Compulsory Education (RTE) Act,2009 , all Children between the ages of six and 14 years have the right to elementary education ( Class 1 - 8) in a neighbourhood school. Amongst several provisions focused on elementary education. The Act provides for the no detention provision untill the completion of elementary education.

Regulation :-1) Students and teachers enter the sachool premises by 10:40am

2.) Students must participate in all co-curricular activities .

3) A student not cause damage to schoo; property.

4) Students failing to good attendence in school.
