Rules & Regulations

• Students must ensure 70% attendance out of the total number of teaching-learning days to appear for the Summative Evaluations. The school authority many deny a student to appear for the evaluation if he/she has an attendance less than mentioned above.
• The result for the three summative Evaluation will be decided as per R.T.E. rules for classes VI-VIII.
• No student of class IX will be promoted to Class X , if he/she fails in two subjects in the evaluation.
• A student will be allowed to appear in the Madhyamik Examination, only if he/she secures a pass grade in all the subjects in the Test Examination.
• All the students will have to abide by the rules and regulations of the West Bengal Board of Secondary Education.
• Students will have to bring a letter from the guardians mentioning reason for absence in the school.
• All students willing to seek admission in the school will have to do so through prescribed application form.
• Early departure from schoolor late arrival in school will only be granted if applied well in advance by the guardians. Such leave will not be granted more than two days in s month.
• All guardians should attend the Parent -Teacher meeting / Mother- Teacher meeting as and when convened by the school authority.
