STUDENTS MUST FOLLOW THE CODE OF CONDUCT

 

Every student has to come to school wearing school uniform. Attendance of any student without uniform will not be accepted.

In order to enter the shool for any purpose other than the relevant school lesson the student has to come wearing her school uniform.

The specified books of each period must be brought everyday.

Lessons must be learnt regularly. Otherwise the guardians must be informed and called on needed. 

It is compulsory for students to attend the school functions.

 If one walk or wander on any other place of the school except during tiffin time she will be punished. The girls are not allowed to stand at the entrance at any other time except the time when the school ends.

 Throughout the whole academic year the student have to publish a wall magazine under the supervision of their class teacher.

If needed, students have to come from upper floor to ground floor through the stairs maintaining a queue. If chaos is created in such case, then it must be punishable offence.

When the school ends every student must leave the school maintaining the queue quietly without making any noise.

 School diary and identity is a must to be brought everyday. If one remain absent from school for a day, she must submit her school diary to her class teacher in which her guardian must sign showing the proper reason of her absence.One must submit medical certificate if absent from school for more than 15 days.

Student cannot forget evaluated exam sheets or change the number or forge the sign of class teacher or guardians.  In such cse it must be taken as a punishable offense. If caught cheating during the test, the test will be considered void.

75% attendance on school days is compulsory for all the students. if the attendance rate is less than 75% , one will not be allowed to sit the examination without the special permission of H.M.

Attendance of 75% in ninth, tenth, eleventh, twelfth is strictly compulsory. Otherwise students will not be able to sit for Madhyamik/ H.S. Exam except for the reason of serious illness. Even in case of seriouly ill students, 50% attendance is compulsory.

Attendance during the registration process in the 9th and 11th classes is sincerely expected .

No leave will be given during school hours. Only for special reason any student will be allowed to leave school only with her guardian, the student must bring the school diary.

Every student must follow the rules and regulations of the school. Oherwise, if neeeded strict punishment or T.C. can be given.

1. The school environment must be kept clean. As well as kepping your school clean, you have to keep your heart clean and pure. There will  be nothing in everyday behabiour which is neither good nor according to the norms of the school.
