Rules & Regulations

Rules for the school's staff :-

  • It is mandatory for the Head of the Institutions and all staff to attend the morning assembly at right time. 
  • Appointed hour of school shall be 15 minutes before the commencement of class teaching. 
  • Staff should be marked absent if they arrive later than 11.05 A.M. 
  • HOI and Assistant Teachers will must ensure proper safety of MDM, Hygiene and Sanitation of school. 
  • SHGs will ensure the proper food safety. 

   Classroom conducts of students :-

  • Students must work with all classmates and teachers to achieve optimal outcomes. 
  • Students must be punctual for lessons.
  • A conducive environment for teaching and learning  must be kept by the students. 
  • Students must update the class  notice boards regularly. 
  • Students must not leave the classroom without permission of teacher. 
  • Students are expected to bring the books according to the timetable. 

School Property Rule :-

  • Students must show respect for school property. Willingly damage  any school property should be fined. 
  • All waste papers should be picked up and thrown into the dustbin. 
  • Students should keep the classroom always neat and clean. 

Prohibited Items :-

  • Students must  not bring  Cellphones, i Pods, CD, DVD, e-games, Pen drives, Cameras, Music Players. 
  • Toys, Tobacco products, Chewing gum and banned food items are not permitted in school premises. 
  • Polythene bags are not allowed in school. 

Behaviour rules :-

  • Students must respect and obey teachers and staffs of school and show the affectionate towards the junior. 
  • A student must speaks in decent language all the time. Use of foul language is strictly prohibited. 
  • making noise, talking loudly and shouting in the classroom are not allowed.
  • Leaving the classroom without permission is not  permitted. 
  • Collecting money from students is against the rule. 

Dress and appearance rules :-

  • Students must come to school wearing the correct (prescribed )school uniform (cleaned and ironed). Skirts should be worn knee-length. Students must carry the school Identity Card. 
  • Nails must be kept clean and trimmed before coming to school. Students are not allowed to polish their nails wear tattoos and mehandi.
  • Students must not  wear costly and fancy watches.They should not wear golden or diamond rings or necklaces and bracelets. They should only wear earrings. 
  • Students are not permitted to colour their hair. Fancy hair styles are not allowed. Hair must be kept neat and clean. Long hair must be neatly tied up with red ribbons. 

Leave of absence rules :-

  • If a student remains absent from school due to illness or emergency and leave is for more than three days the students need to submit leave application duly signed by the parents. Absence from school must be supported by a medical certificate. 
  • Half days and short leaves  are not granted to students. 

Attendance rules :-

  • Arrival at school :  School begins at 10.35 a.m.So entry into school premises is not permitted before that time. 
  • Daily Assembly :  All staff and students are expected to be present in daily assembly at 10.40 a. m. students must sing the school  song with respect and pride. Silence and orderliness must be maintained. 
  • Attendance : Irregular attendance, habitual late coming, leaving the school premises without permission is prohibited. Punctuality and regularity in attendance is essential. 75% attendance is compulsory to be elligible to appear in the examination.
