Rules and Regulations Of SUBHASPUR GSFP School :-

1) Students must enter the school premises by 10.40a.m

2) If a student needs to leave early, the guardian must secure permission of the school authorities.

3)Abesnteeism must be informed to the  school by the guardians. 

4)In case of long absenteeism the guardian will inform school by writing letter addressed to the Head Teacher showing  the cause of absent on the day of rejoining. 

5) A student must not cause damage to school property. 

6) The school cannot be held responsible for loss or theft of personal belongings of the students. 

7) Guardians must fix prior appointment with a teacher through a note or application ,if they want to meet the concerned teacher/school authority. 

8) Students must participate in all co-curricular activities .

9)Students are expected to behave in a polite manner with all teachers. 

10)Students failing to secure 75 % attendance in an academic session must not be allowed to sit for 

the exam. 

11) No student will eat snacks/packaging foods in school premises. 

12) Students will properly wash their hands before Mid Day Meal. 

13) It is compulsory for the children to come in neat and clean uniform. 

14) If the conduct of any pupil is found unsatisfactory, disciplinary action may be taken by the school authority.

15) Children must attend Assembly. 

16) All students will show respect to each other and to the teachers and teachers will also maintain a healthy relationship with the students. 

17) It is the responsibility of the students to keep their school premises neat and clean.

18) Students and guardians are advised to take care of books, uniforms throughout the academic year. 

19) Guardians are requested to meet with the respective class teachers and Head teachers at least once in a month. 

20) It is also expected that all pupils and their guardians will abide by all the rules and regulations of the school authorities 

21) Fighting, bullying or any form of ragging is strictly prohibited in school premises. 

22) Pupils should not use any offensive language. 

23) Students are not allowed to bring dangerous items like knives, blades or laser pens etc. 

24)Use of  Mobile Phone is strictly prohibited in the school premises. 

25) Pupils have to do physical and mental  exercise on a regular basis. 

26) Guardians must have attend guardians meeting, parent teacher meeting or any Kind of meeting or conference.

27) Head Teacher will .monitor all events of the school. 28)Assistant Teacher will cooperate and coordinate with the Head Teacher as far as possible.
