Rules & Regulations

  1. The conduct and discipline of a student is of prime importance of this residential institution. Discipline includes respect for elders, love for juniors, self-control and polite behavior with all staff members.
  2. Students must enter the school premises by 10.40 a.m. except Saturday.  On Saturday the school is held in the morning and starts from 7.40 a.m. Main entrance closes before morning assembly.
  3. Every student must attend the morning assembly and all the classes regularly.
  4. All students must come to the school in proper and clean uniform.
  5. Students are not allowed to leave the school premises within the school hours without permission from the Head of the Institution.
  6. Hostellers should not leave the school premises to meet the guardians and to go to the Hostel/Ashram without permission during the school hours.
  7. Students must take care of their own possessions.
  8. Students are encouraged to attend the school regularly and punctually. Guardians are asked to keep contact with the teachers, attend the PTMs and promptly respond to calls from the Head of the Institution to ensure proper  progress of their wards.
  9. Students must not be absent from classes frequently. The reason for long absence must be produced along with medical certificate.
  10. Students failing to secure 75% attendance in an academic session with not be allowed to sit for annual examination / third summative evaluation.
  11. Carrying of mobile phones by students in school is strictly prohibited.
  12. A student must not cause damage to school property.
  13. Students are not encouraged to bring money unless it is extremely necessary and they must be solely responsible for safe keeping of that.
  14. All documents asked for by the school authority must be submitted within stipulated time.
  15. Students must appear all examinations of the school unless they are medically unfit.
  16. A student who is found using unfair means in any examination may have his examination cancelled. Repetition of such offence may lead to dismissal.
  17. Decision of school authority regarding promotion is final.
  18. Students are urged to take part in all co-curricular activities and be present on all observance days in the school.
  19. Indisciplined behaviour during the classes, class intervals, school programmes, excursions and social activities shall be severely dealt with.
