Rules & Regulations

  1. Students must bring their diary everyday in school. Signature on the diary is mandetory by the guardian. If a student is absent, guardian must write the cause of absence with their signature. If the diary gets lost or damaged, students can take another diary by paying the fixed charges.
  2. Every student must wear uniform and batch, along with white socks and kets shoe.
  3. Students studying must wear their uniform to enter the school premises even if they have no class.
  4. Every student gets their own syllabus. Students must take good care of it. If their is any damage to the syllabus kindly contact the Head of the Institution.
  5. Students must enter the school premises 15 minutes before the class starts. Everyone must be present in the morning assembly at 10:50 AM. No students are allowed to enter the school premises after 11:00 AM.
  6. Everyone must be present in the morning assembly after the alarm goes off.
  7. No one is allowed to leave school area after school starts. Students have to be in school during tiffin hours also. Anyone found outside of the school compound without permission will be punished accordingly.
  8. Guardian must be present with a letter stating why the student needs leave during school hours, if a student needs leave during school hours. No student will be granted any kind of leave before 4th period.
  9. All medical leaves will be granted by the Head of the Institution.
  10. Every class teacher will appoint two class monitor. Only the class monitors' can visit the class teacher.
  11. Students are prohibited to walk around in the corridor during class hours. This rule is only valid during class hours.
  12. Students are prohibited to get out of class without the permission of class teacher or class monitor.
  13. Students are not allowed to enter Head of the Institution's room, Teacher's room without permission.
  14. Exact school fees must be paid within the scheduled date of every month.
  15. Every student must pay Rs. 10 for student's health home. Students will get nearly free treatment if they show the student fee card.
  16. Students must be well aware of using Fan and Light during school hours.
  17. Students must keep classroom and school premises clean.
  18. Each student must join school function.
  19. If any student is absent, without any medical reasons, then guardian should meet with the respective class teacher.
  20. Students studying in class 9 and 10, may take computer as their optional subject. Computer is mandatory from class 5 to class 8. Computer exam will also be taken along with other subjects, and marks will also be calculated. Students have to pay the appropriate fees for computer.
  21. Every student must have more than 34% in each subject to be promoted to the next class.
