ADMISSION

• Admission Forms are available every December from school. Only successful candidates of the school are eligible for getting admitted into the next class from the third week of December every year.
• Candidates coming from other institutions must submit TRANSFER CERTIFICATE AND PROGRESS REPORT to the school during admission.

EVALUATION PROCEDURE

• Evaluation Test is held as per direction of the West Bengal Board of Secondary Education, Govt. Of West Bengal.

ARRIVAL AND ATTENDENCE

• Learners must arrive at school 15 minutes before the day’s class start.
• Joining the PRAYER CEREMONY is a must.
• A Learners remaining absent for 3 days or more must produce Guardians letter on his / her day of joining after remaining ABSENT.
•  A  Learner must carry his / her school diary every day with his / her at school.
• Every Learner must ensure at least 75% of his / her daily attendance.

SYSTEM OF PROMOTION

• “PROMOTION” to a higher class is given only on the basis of an expected standard and satisfactory progress achieved by learners.
