Rules & Regulations

 

Every student must obey  the rules mentioned below

1. Time for Prayer Assembly is at 10:40 a.m. Classes start at 10:50 a.m. and end at 4:30 p.m. Recess for Tiffin/lunch is from 1:30 p.m. to 2:10 p.m. classes get over at 3:20 p.m. for the students of class V and at 3:55 p.m. for the students of Class VI. On Saturday, the school gets over at 1:30 p.m. for all the students. Time for Mid-day Meal is from 1:30 p.m. to 2:10 p.m.

 2. Students must come to school every morning within 10:35 a.m. in clean and proper uniform. They must wear the same uniform during the school's programme or a programme outside the school.

3. Every student must be present at school before the prayer starts.

4. The students are expected to remain calm and quiet in the classroom while earning process goes on and also in an assembly.

5. Minimum attendance rate in the school is 70%.

 6. To maintain the discipline of the class during the absence of the teacher, one monitor will be selected and the students should co-operate the monitor to maintain the discipline of the class.

7. Bringing Mobile Phones in school is strictly prohibited.

 8. Time to meet the Headmaster/HOI or to get any official work done is between 2:30 p.m. to 3:30 p.m.

9. For being absent in school for minimum four days or more than that at a stretch, and also for being late in school, a student should seek the HOI/Headmaster's permission to enter the classroom.

 10. Every student must wear the school badge and carry  Identity card.

11. School's diary should be brought every day.

12. If the school's diary gets lost, a student should obtain a new one at Rs. 25.

13. Types of Uniforms for different classes

* For the students of classes V- VIII  check shirt and a pair of  blue trousers.

* For the students of classes IX-X White shirt and a pair of blue trousers and school badge (is to be obtained from school at Rs.10), black boots or White keds and white socks. In winter, the students should wear maroon sweaters.

14. In Physical Education class, the students must wear black half pants, white vest, white socks and white Keds.

 15. For the students of classes XI and XII Sky blue shirt, olive green trousers, black boots and white socks. In winter the students should wear maroon sweater.

16. The following days are to be observed in the school.

* School's Foundation Day

* 23rd January.

* 26th January.

* 15th August

* Saraswati Puja

 * Annual Sports Day

The participation of the students on the above-mentioned days is mandatory and is to be considered as the involvement in regular School’s activities.

17. Students are expected to keep the school campus neat and clean, each day should be observed as “Nirmal Vidyalaya”.

18. Every student must have a Bank Account Number and Aadhaar card.

 19. Wearing any heavy metal Bangles/Bracelets/Armlets is strictly forbidden for students.
