Rules & Regulations

• All concern will obey the rules and regulations as envisaged in RTE Act.
• All staff and students will obey the school timings strictly.
• The pupils must attend the morning assembly and participate with piety in the prayer and should not indulge in any thing that may be detrimental to the serenity of the assembly.
• In case of short absent of student, the guardian will inform school verbally.
• In case of long absent period of student, the guardian will inform school by writing letter addressed to Head Teacher showing the cause of absent.
• No student will leave classroom without permission of the Teacher.
• No student will eat snacks/Packet foods in school premises.
• Students will properly wash their hands before Mid-Day Meal.
• Self Help Groups as well as the Teachers will ensure proper food safety.
• Head Teacher will closely Monitor the food safety of Mid-Day Meal.
• Assistant Teachers will ensure the proper hygiene/sanitation of school area and toilets.
• Parents and guardians are earnestly requested to co-operate with the school regarding rules, deligence, punctuality, lessons, co-curricular activities and character formation of the students. If the process of education is to be consistent, home and school need to be closely linked, and here the parents have a very important role in the education of their children.
• Parents/Guardians are requested not to enter the classrooms in order to see their wards or to interview teachers during class hours. Parents/Guardians may meet teachers on scholastic concerns after class hours i.e 03:30pm to 04:00pm on school days.
• The Parent Teacher meeting should preferably be attended by both parents. Its main purpose is to work in unison, in the exchange of ideas, opinions etc. for the integral formation of the students studying in this institution.
• Any communication (request/complaint) from the parents should be addressed to the Head Teacher only.
• Any change of address or phone number needs to be communicated to the school office without delay.
